I’ve been developing two tire brands in the Russian Federation — the English Maxam and the Korean Nexen as an exclusive distributor and importer. Concluded contracts with 6 new dealers for a total amount of 35 million rubles. Developed a marketing strategy, analyzed prices and assortment, calculated discounts, prepared commercial offers and made presentations.
